You can book an appointment directly online through the online booking system.

All treatments are subject to my general terms and conditions and the provisions of privacy legislation.

If you have a complaint, please let me know as soon as possible so we can look for a solution together.

If you have supplementary health insurance, my therapeutic treatments may be (partially) reimbursed by your health insurer. Please contact your insurer to check the amount of reimbursement. My treatments fall under the following performance codes:
24005 (other naturopathic treatments),
24017 (massage therapy), and
24009 (reflexology).
All my treatments are provided under a naturopathic consultation. Treatments for animals are not reimbursed by health insurance.

Payment is due after the treatment by bank transfer (payment request is also possible). Cash payment is also accepted.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, I am obliged to charge 75% of the treatment fee. This fee is not reimbursed by your health insurer. In case of flu-like symptoms, this 24-hour policy does not apply and you may cancel free of charge up to shortly before the appointment.
