Sometimes your body can feel like a foreign place.

You may experience tension, pain, or stiffness, or notice that your posture doesn’t feel right, yet you don’t know how to change it.

Perhaps you spend most of your time in your head, struggle with balance, or don’t fully feel safe in your own body.


Unprocessed emotions or traumatic experiences can also cause you to lose touch with yourself.

The Get Into Your Body program gently guides you, step by step, back into your body. Through targeted exercises, mindful movement, and body-oriented guidance, you learn to listen to the subtle signals of your body.
You build trust, stability, and safety from within, so your body can feel like home again.

The Get Into Your Body program can offer real support. This innovative, award-winning program teaches you how to move your body as effectively as possible according to natural body mechanics. You learn how your bones and joints are designed to move and how to restore these movements in your body, giving you the tools to align yourself and find healthy posture when sitting, standing, and walking.

As a result, you can reduce pain, create more mobility and flexibility, calm your nervous system, and allow your muscles to work optimally. You also learn how to distribute your body weight in the most efficient way.

Many of us have become experts at creating pain through inefficient use of the body, poor posture, repetitive movements, and stuck emotional patterns. This method teaches you to become skilled in moving effectively and without pain, so you can use your body in an optimal way and preserve your energy.

The program consists of an online training with 7 modules, which you can complete over the course of 7 weeks. Each module focuses on a different part of the body, starting with the feet (our foundation), followed by the pelvis, the spine, the rib cage, the shoulders, the neck, and finally the jaw.

In addition to the online program, you receive 7 individual sessions, during which we practice the exercises together and I offer you personal guidance so the movements can truly settle into your body.

There are also 7 group sessions, where you practice the exercises together with others and receive guidance from different qualified practitioners. There is always someone observing and offering personalized feedback and support.

A balanced blend of self-study, personal guidance, and group support — for lasting change in the way you move and live in your body.

The method was developed by Victoria Salomon and is part of The Ixchel System. I am the first practitioner in the Netherlands to offer this method.
