A therapeutic massage at ELmotion is a moment of conscious, devoted attention for you.

You lie on the massage table, and the massage is given directly on the skin.

I attune to what your body is communicating.

The areas that feel tense or painful receive loving attention, allowing tension to release, muscle knots to soften, and joints to move freely again.
Your body is invited to breathe, let go, and take up space.

Sometimes a session invites us to work more deeply, beyond the physical.
Then we turn our attention to the emotions stored in the body.
With gentleness, presence, and safe touch, space is created to feel what wants to be seen, so that tension can transform into lightness and calm.

Whether you come with physical complaints, a need for relaxation, or a longing to feel closer to yourself, each therapeutic massage is fully attuned to you, your energy, and what you need in that moment.

Thai Yoga Massage (also known as Nuad Phaen Boran) is an ancient healing method in which acupressure, stretching, reflexology, meditation, and yoga come together.

Rather than working directly on muscles or tissues, this form of bodywork focuses on the energy lines that flow through the body.
When this energy can move freely again, natural balance, relaxation, and vitality arise.

This tradition originates in India and was brought to Thailand thousands of years ago through Buddhism, where it further developed into a spiritual and healing practice.

The treatment takes place on a firm mat on the floor while you wear comfortable clothing.
Using thumbs, palms, elbows, forearms, knees, and feet, pressure is applied to the body, combined with gentle rocking, mobilizations, and soft yoga-like stretches.
The result is a dynamic, flowing massage that is both deeply relaxing and energizing.

This method is especially suitable for:

Thai foot massage is a deeply nourishing treatment for the feet and lower legs, using oil and a special wooden massage stick.
With gentle pressure on the many acupressure points in the feet, energy throughout your whole body is set back into motion.
The result: relaxed muscles, a calm mind, and feet that feel wonderfully light and energized..

The massage stimulates the body’s natural self-healing ability and helps release fatigue, tension, and stress.
Afterwards, you feel more energized, lighter, and more balanced.

I discovered the power of this massage myself during a trip through Thailand. After a long day of walking, one session left me feeling completely recharged.
Since then, I’ve known: this is pure magic for anyone who feels exhausted or depleted.

Holistic Pulsing

Healing in motion

Holistic Pulsing is a gentle, rhythmic form of bodywork in which your body is brought into a flowing, wave-like movement.


You lie fully clothed on the massage table while I gently move your whole body with small and larger motions, as if you are being rocked.
Sometimes subtle and quick, other times slow and spacious.

Through this rocking rhythm, your body naturally enters deep relaxation.
The water in your body (about 80% of who you are) begins to flow again, allowing blockages and tension to dissolve.
Your energy system is activated, toxins can be released, and you reconnect with the natural flow of your body.

During the session, it’s not about “fixing” anything, but about becoming whole.
You become more aware of what is alive in your body: where there is space, where tension is held, and what wants to be felt.
It is an invitation to let go, to feel trust, and to be moved, literally and figuratively.

Many people experience deep calm during Holistic Pulsing, slower brain waves, and sometimes even a dreamlike state in which insights arise naturally.

Pregnancy is a special time in which your body opens to carry new life.
This transformation asks a lot of you, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Massage can help relieve discomfort, release tension, and prepare your body for birth.

During a pregnancy massage, you lie comfortably on your side, supported by cushions.

With nourishing oil, your back, neck, belly, legs, and arms are massaged with loving care, allowing your body to soften and breathe.
Gentle stretches create space in the joints, and pulsing movements rock your body in a soothing rhythm, as if you yourself are being held.

You experience deep relaxation, connection with your baby, and a sense of trust in the natural power of your body.
